It is difficult to summarise twenty six years of career in a couple of paragraphs, so for an exhaustive list of things done during that time there is a long CV, and to have a glimpse of what has been done, there is a professional resume.

Currently a teacher, researcher and consultant in the legal and policy aspects of the use of information and communication technology in various fields, with a growing interest in the intersection of that use, Human Rights and sustainability. Still engaging with many cyberlaw issues, with the addition of smart-farming law and agroforestry regulation.

Important part of the time is devoted to foster international cooperation in Higher Education and the analysis of pedagogical issues of law teaching and assessment.
